Aspen Public Radio is privileged to host NPR's new President and CEO, Jarl Mohn, at the Woody Creek Community Center on Monday, June 29th. The event will give attendees an opportunity to meet Mohn and hear his vision for NPR's future in the intimate and relaxed environment of Woody Creek.

As a leader of one of the country's most iconic news and cultural content organizations, Mohn over sees NPR's global operations and partnerships with more than a thousand public radio stations. His work with NPR is a return to his broadcast radio roots. He has held almost every job in radio, having spent almost two decades as a disc jockey, programmer, general manager, and owner of a group of radio stations. He has served on the board of trustees of Southern California Public Radio (SCPR) for more than a decade, including two years as chairman.
